This book is terrible. Images are bad, instructions vague.
Don't get this. The images are not descriptive and aren't even printed well. The descriptions are vague and hard to follow. This book was a bust

Photos are hard to see
The photos are a low quality, black & white pictures that is hard to see. If you're the kind of person who needs a visual example then this is not the book for you. The actual information so far seems to be good.

Good beginning
This book has some great information for entry level rope play. It could use more or at least better photos to illustrate the knots.

A badly presented manual
This is not a good book. 1. The author starts by saying that these techniques should be used only under the supervision of an experienced tutor. Now, one understands that in the litigious USA, he has to cover his back, and he needs to protect himself from any liability. But the whole point of buying this book is because I do not want a stranger tying my girlfriend down while I watch. 2. So, how about a glossary? There are a lot of technical terms, regarding knots, and not a single explanation. Not a single photo to show what the author is talking about. 3. About photos. Most of them are very dark, and you can barely make sense of them. This makes the main premise of the book to be useless. It is difficult to follow. 4. It was most likely machine translated. The prose and writing are not fluid and are difficult to follow. In short, the first occasion in my 20 years of buying from Amazon that I would like my money back.

Dark and blurry
The pictures reallt aren't that great. It would have done better in color but now it's all merky looking. Reallt disappointed in that. And the pocket format wasn't exactly optimal either, it doesn't open the book up enough when the pictures are in that format to begin with. All in all quite disappotined.

It's hard to follow, reads like a stereo manual

not for beginner / not clear
As a beginner can hardly understand this. Descriptions say 'use this and that knot' but those are not explained and the pictures are not so clear. Also, I think some of the pictures look like they come from other books!!

Its just a printed ebook! The pictures are black & white so very difficult to see!
