Quality kit one for the Tiger fans
I am a fan of the Tiger. Tamiya ones build very nicely. Good hull fit to chassis, and if you like that sort of thing individual link tracks supplied. Not much different to the mid production model, but I think this one just looks better. I could build these Tamiya kits all day every if I could afford not to work LOL. I have no hesitation recommending this model. A beginner will have no issues. I built and painted two of these in a day, without rushing no problem.

Nice kit, bought the Zimmeritt sheets just for this model. Enough detail for the 1/48 scale and it looks the part on the battlefield! So nice,I bought a second one!!!

A good detailed model
Generally an excellent model from Tamiya, although the tracks are an absolute nightmare to assemble!

TWO HALVES OF WRONG MODEL IN BOX
THEY SENT THE WRONG MODEL - in the box for this late production tiger were two separate wheel/track sprues and instruction sheets for Tamiyas other two 1/48 tigers - no hull or turret parts and no instruction sheets for the model shown on the box! Terrible, will be sending it back for a refund.

A fantastic kit to put together
A fantastic kit to put together, the hardest part is putting all the track links together! Other than that it looks the part
