Good quality whole grain black rye bread
If you’re familiar with black bread you will not be disappointed with this Biona Pumpernickel. It’s rich, moist and dark, and has a satisfying yielding texture. If you’re not familiar with black bread. You may not like it! It’s very healthy whole grain rye bread but it’s perhaps an acquired taste.

Pumpernickel and Gravlax
I wanted pumpernickel to eat with gravlax! A memory from Germany many years ago! It was as I remembered delicious! My guests enjoyed it never having tasted it before. It arrived on time and I’m so pleased that I sourced and got it. I would use the supplier again and fully recommend them

The proper stuff
Excellent quality, just as I remembered eating it in Germany many years ago. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost my taste for it, so shan’t order any more.
