Easy to use and put in place. Simple indicators. Good battery life and value for money. It’s not the cheapest on the market but it does seem good quality and as it detects gas fumes, there is no price not worth paying. Noise level seems ok. Good functions easy to understand. Highly recommend

Got this as a back up, as my current monitor will surely give up soon (it must be a decade old). This is a neat unit, easy to read figures and simple to set up in a couple of minutes .. A great piece of safety equipment and great for peace of mind. The alarm volume is loud, could not be ignored ! It sticks well to a clean surface.

Accurate, easy to use

Arrive today in the usual amazon packaging. The carbon monoxide alarm was in a very sturdy box, well packaged within. At first apearances the unit looks very smart. Solidly built out of sturdy ABS or PET plastics i assume. The whole unit feels very solid and well constructed. The wallmountsvarr very good with a smaller mounting plate which affixes to the main unit.(far better system than having to remove the entire back like most of these appliances have to) The on/of switch feels very stable annd solid with a hearty & healthy click when seitched. The unit when turned on worked as described & expected. Running through its self-testing cycles, completing in about 1minute (give or take a few seconds). Then happily sits whereever you havre placed the device. The PPM display is very clear also. Nicely backlit in a funky, bright blue before turning the backlight back off to save battery at a guess. Then silently protecting you. Fair to say i like this unit. Easy to install and excellent value for money with its quality and aestheticaly pleasing design.Will fit anywhere just about.

I bought 2 of these so that I could keep one in my lounge and put the other upstairs. These arrived very promptly and although I have only just purchased them they promise to have a 10 year sealed battery. These arrived detectors arrived switched off and have an on/off switch on the reverse. There is a small screwdriver style device in the box to turn them on. These detectors have a digital display so it makes it easy to check for carbon monoxide as 0 shows nil detected. There is a small section on the right side which flashes green once per minute to show that they are active. My devices are sitting on units stand alone but they do come with plugs and screws should you wish to place them on a wall. The only small change which may be helpful is a sticker on the reverse to record the purchase/activation date. I am going to put a small sticker on the back of mine. The monitors come with a choice of a white display or a black one. I chose black as they were a great price but are also aesthetically pleasant to look at.

Needed to replace my Carbon Monoxide detector, chose this item and it was as a pair, so one near the boiler and one in the kitchen, so now double protection. Easy to set up, and replacement batteries as opposed to a lot, and my old one, and simple process to get it ready and test. And it's visible to se and check the Carbon Monoxide levels. And so far it's still working and showing nothing detected, and I'm still alive so it's good.

A good and effective monitor but the display is rather small.
