Q: what resin can i use for setting artificial flowers like water??

If you are asking about putting artificial flowers in a casting, I would use alumilite clear, mix it real good and use a pressure pot to cure it in. That way you'll only see the flower. Hope this helps!

Q: What is a-side and b-side? Does this include the catalyst?

Alumilite products are combined equally by weight from A & B. There is no catalyst like an Epoxy product.

Q: Is it normal for part b to have a jelly like consistency (container was sealed and purchased in Aug 2016)

I had the same issue. I did some research and found on the manufacturer website that part b will turn jelly if it is pass it's shelf life (3 months, I think). I returned the product for a refund as the seller could not confirm a replacement wouldn't have the same issue.
