ReaLime 100% Lime Juice, 15 fl oz bottle, Made with Lime Juice from Concentrate, Gluten-Free, Sodium Free, Perfect Mixer to add to Cocktails and Marinades

This lime juice is great. No additives, July lime juice. Easy to dispense from the container without making a mess. I use this at home as well as my bar.

This lime juice is very convenient and saves time compared to squeezing fresh limes. The flavor is consistent and works well in cooking, marinades and drinks. It’s great to keep in the fridge for quick use, especially when fresh limes aren’t available. While fresh lime juice has a stronger, more natural taste, this is still a reliable substitute for everyday cooking

Nice acidity

Adds that healthy lime touch when needed. 100. Perfect for my canned bean burrito taco creation

I love to have lemon and lime juice in the pantry for cocktails and cooking and finding these larger bottles of lime juice in bulk was a fantastic deal. You taste lime juice with a hint of something that is what makes it shelf stable, but it isn't unpleasant and it doesn't affect how the juice performs in whatever you're making, which makes it a definite win in terms of product. You just taste lime juice in the cocktail or that bright zip in the dish you're making, and that's all I can ask for! Plus, trying to find fresh limes during the winter can be an expensive and frustrating exercise in futility, which makes having a shelf stable and tasty option a great thing to keep on hand. I will definitely order more when I'm close to the end of this dozen.

This was a good choice for me. Fresh limes have become increasingly difficult to find in some areas and the quality hasn't been the best. This has become a quick and easy substitute for avocados and most of my favorites. Mixes well with tequila, too. Keep refrigerated for best flavor . . . RealLime is slightly tart and doesn't have that fresh sweet taste. Considering all, the plastic bottle is sealed and has an easy to open flip top. Stores easily in the refrigerator door shelf and stays fresh for months. As much as I use it doesn't last that long! It is cost effective and has a better flavor than other substitutes I tried. 2 day shipping with prime . . . Amazon has become an easy 'go to' for me. 18 July 2014: Fresh limes have been less than satisfactory! RealLime is the best substitute I've been able to find and I will continue to order from Amazon . . . it's cost efficient and only takes 'one click!'

Best buy around.

Good juice at a good value. The only problem is that the smaller hole insert sometimes gets stuck in the cap and lots of juice comes out when you pour. Look at the top of the bottle before you poor.
