Pretty fun and actually harder than it looks. The different balls help you improve step by step, and after a few sessions my timing and coordination definitely got better. Easy to set up, lightweight, and good for quick workouts at home. Took me some time to get used to it, but once you do, it’s really addictive. Great value for the price.

I have a history with things that look fun but end up being much harder than they look and I quickly lose interest. Exhibit A: The Hacky Sack. Exhibit B: Devil sticks. Glad to say this seems to have broken that trend. Sure, some YouTube videos are helpful when you're starting out, as long as you realize you're not going to get that "speed bag" rhythm off the bat. Definitely start with small light taps. The string length matters too (shorter is easier, though may result in getting hit in the face). I started getting the groove within about 15 minutes and get a little better every time I go back to it. It's weirdly addictive, not only to see how long you can keep a streak going, but also feeling a perfect bounce off your knuckles. I find myself wanting to do just 5 more minutes, then 5 more minutes. Definitely better than my history (see above). I quickly got to the point where I was throwing my shoulders into it a little and rotating my trunk, and that makes you feel a tiny bit sore after not too long. I'm hoping this will help with my middle-aged joint pain that's just started. This set gives you a lot for the price: Two headbands, 4 balls, and an extra string. The packaging also makes it look like not a toy but a serious training tool. The headband feels good quality and the string length is fully and easily adjustable (just wrap it around the band to make it shorter). This is a great deal on this item, even if there's no app to count your punches (not everything needs to be "smart"). Update: I've moved up to the highest level ball and that one gives you the long distance you see on YouTube. It makes my knuckles a little sore so I think it might be denser or something, but it is more fun actually punching and not just tapping.

I saw an old lady working with one of these for dexterity and rehab on Instagram. I'm working on some rehab and thought I would give it a go. It's easy to set up and I think it will be fun.

This set is just as listed. No problems with the product or shipping. Good idea overall. My kid did NOT like it whatsoever. It was hard for him to punch and coordinate. I thought I was helping by buying so many pieces. They just confused him. Not fun at all. As I was unable to return it, it went straight to the trash. This could be helpful for someone else, just not for us.

I wasn't sure about ordering this Boxing Reflex Ball. But, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm 71 years old. After using it a few times, I have become pretty good at keeping ball in motion. I can use it while watching TV. It gets me moving in the morning ... 25 minutes goes by very quickly. I adjust the string length by wrapping it several time around the headband. The ball is very soft. Also the set includes additional replacement string (which I haven't used yet). I try to get my heart rate up several times a day. This set helps me do that.

OK, this was the coolest gift. The string was too long so we simply rolled it around the headband before putting it on. At the right length it is not too hard to hit it the ball. If you hit it lightly you're able to get more reps. I didn't feel much of a difference between balls. The quality is good. Easy, comfortable, and super fun for kids and adults.

Had this before and saw Teofimo using it as warm up for his match against Stevenson, and decided to get it again. Looking forward to using it - it’s fun. Last time though, the string attached to the ball broke after a couple of uses, and the velcro strap came off the head band.

Well made, came with extra elastics. The kids are having a ton of fun. Works as well as the name brand ones.

Bought this for my brother we had a great time, before you get the hang of it it’s pretty funny. The harder balls to hit on different strings really test your skill… very good and fun.

Bought it for a fun activity as a gift for a gathering on Christmas Day. Tried it out and it does seem like fun. I’m regretting, not buying the one as seen on tv which comes with an app, as I can see that would be easier to referee with kids. However the price was right on this one at just under $20. so we’ll just have to make the best of it. It is a fun challenge though!

Have only played with it for a week, and quickly realized there’s a learning curve to using it effectively… It’s “ok” and I wasn’t expecting much more based on price… Time will tell how long the elastic strings will last….

Bought this for may 6yr old nephew and he loves it. Durability is pretty good. We make sure he uses the softer/lighter ball as he does go hard with it but it has lasted a few weeks now without any wear. When it comes to the efficiency for working out I am not sure but as a toy it is well loved.
