I ordered two shelves which arrived days ahead of the predicted delivery date. No instructions are included which may be an issue for some. I haven't put them up yet but I'm confident that it's quite self explanatory how to put up the shelves.The shelves are heavy and feels like quality products. The chrome fittings also have a little weight in them and doesn't feel like cheap plastic coated with chrome as some other products feel - these are a bit more expensive than other products, but I believe you are certainly getting what you paid for. They arrived well packaged and all in all I'm very happy with them thus far. Can't wait to have them in situ and to see how they deal with uneven walls!!
