Using the item repeatedly for quite sometime. Overall it performs well. However you need to apply more liquid for clothes which are not used on a daily basis. Not costly.

My jug lasted over 2 and a half years. I use only about 1 tsp for a small regular load, twice that if something is heavily soiled. I wish it were fragrance free, so it loses a star. Also, I find pre-treating stains with this (putting on the stain, and not in the dispenser) or with window spray is usually needed, so it loses another star that way.
