Has tick for no msg but looking at list of ingridiants says with msg. Which is it?

Both! There is naturally occurring MSG in many products, including I believe Tomatoes! I have never had any issues with such natural levels. However, there is no ADDED MSG to further enhance the flavour which is the point. I am quite sensitive to added MSG and have not had any issues with this product.

The red lid should have a small unbroken little tab on the side. Until you break the tab open you cannot lift the lid and break the seal.
