I’ve used lots of sports washes for my gym clothes but this is by far the best. Gets the stale sweaty smell out of clothes brilliantly. So effective, it’s great.

I never leave reviews but this is seriously the best laundry detergent ever. Gets stinky smells out of my husband's (construction) work clothes, my workout clothes, my son's sports clothes, towels, pillowcases, everything. Even after my daughter leaves swim towels balled up in the corner, this gets the rotten musty smell out. I've used every detergent under the sun for regular washing; used baking soda, vinegar and oxy for stinky clothes; and tried just about every natural detergent as well in an attempt to be earth conscious (sheets, powders, tabs, etc). This works so well that I think I am going to start using it for all my clothes -- not just the stinky ones -- and it's so concentrated that the environmental footprint isn't nearly as bad as a big bottle of other stuff.

Just received this did not try it yet, but it seems someone has been used and returned. It definitely not new one.

Something that actually WORKS. My husband and I have been doing jiu-jitsu for over a decade. A constant ongoing problem: the funk. The horrid smell of old sweat that makes you consider just throwing your athletic clothes away because nothing seems to get it out. I first tried this product on a spandex workout top/rash guard that had "the funk". I ran it through a regular wash cycle with a capful of detergent. It smelled better after washing, but it didn't totally get it out. I wasn't surprised. Before writing this product off, I decided to soak the top in overnight in hot water and two capfuls of this detergent. After soaking, I washed it again... and holy %$&!. It worked! It smelled brand new. Clean, fresh, and best of all: the smell didn't come back the first time it got sweaty again. Since then, I've de-funkified all of our workout gear using the soak method, and use it as a regular detergent for maintenance. This product is incredible and I'm telling every athlete I know. Don't throw away your favorite gear until you've tried this stuff.

Finally! I think I’ve finally found the magic bullet. After trying everything(!) from Tide to soaking in vinegar to using laundry sanitizer to borax to washing three times in hot water on the sanitize cycle and it STILL not getting out the residual sweat, I think this is it. I washed the first time and it smelled fresher than other methods but still wasn’t quite cracking the code. This detergent is fairly thin so I poured some into a spray bottle and treated the underarm areas directly before washing again…voila! I know it’s a bit spendy but cheaper than buying new clothes, which is what I had to do before. No joke! I’m tickled that my loved one’s clothes are finally fresh, without a strong scent just a clean, neutral fresh laundry smell almost like it was line dried. Yayy!
