Will this work for 2554A?

No, my model is different. The bottles are not alike.

Will this work for model 23049?

It should...I have the 1785a and I believe the tank is the same

Does this come with the little 2 plugs for those small holes? If not where can I get them

It does come with the rubber plate that covers those holes
