How often do batteries need replacement?

Main batteries typically last 2-3 months with normal use. Frequent alarm activation (unclaimed medication) increases power consumption. The data backup battery should be replaced annually to ensure settings preservation

Why is there no AM/PM option?

We eliminated AM/PM in the new version because both current time and each alarm require correct AM/PM selection. One mistake causes dispensing time confusion and missed doses. The 24-hour format removes this risk entirely.

How long do reminder alarms typically sound?

Alarms sound intermittently for 10-15 minutes. Medication remains accessible until the next scheduled alarm. After that, the compartment locks and requires the key to access, preventing double-dosing.
