OLIGHT Baton3 Pro Max 2500 Lumens Rechargeable Compact EDC Pocket Flashlights with Safety Proximity Sensor, for Camping, Hiking, and Emergency (Cool White Light: 5700~6700K)

This will be my second baton 3 pro max, and my 10th+ olight product. The baton 3 pro max is by far my favorite. My last one is at the bottom of the pawpaw river in Michigan. I have had a few different EDC lights from OLIGHT, and this one is my favorite. It is incredibly bright on turbo mode and the battery lasts forever even on high. The button and settings are intuitive and the light never accidentally turns on in the pocket. This light is larger than the standard baton (of which I have 2). I still find it easy to carry in the pocket and I prefer the larger size for actual use as it fits my hand better. The reversible pocket clip is very nice as you can carry tip up or down, and you can fit it to your cap in a pinch and use as a head lamp. I had my last one for over a year of every day use and the coating held up great, as well as no noticeable loss to battery life. The magnetic charging is best in the market. These lights are superior to stream light or sure fire in every way, and 1/4 of the price. Don’t buy one, buy 3!

Love this flashlight, it’s nice and powerful and the battery last a while. It’s good for the casual night walk but a little heavy to carry all day compare to the Arkpro lite. The lack of usbc made it difficult to charge and top off on a day to day basis and the turbo mode doesn’t activate if the battery is below a certain voltage. If they could add in usbc charging and a boost converter to maintain output, this would be a pretty incredible light to carry.

My favorite OLIGHT product yet. With my use, only needs recharging every month or two. Like the warm light. LOVE the moonlight, I use it mounted on the wall to find my way to the loo in the night. Great for area lighting while camping on higher settings. Great for walks. Feels great in hand.

One of the best flashlights I’ve ever owned, on my 4th one now because I keep losing them. They have a super long battery life, fits in my pocket perfectly everyday, and holds strong with the magnet on the bottom. 10/10

BRIGHT flashlight that can be held fully in the palm of your hand. Easily charged. Holds charge for a while. Not cheap but well worth it for brightness and its small package.

This light itself is great. The moonlight mode is perfect for navigating a dark tent or hotel room without blinding yourself. The turbo mode is very bright although, I'm skeptical of the advertised 2500 lumens. It was only marginally brighter than a 1300 lumen light from the same manufacturer. The build is very high quality and thoughtfully designed. My first issue with this light is that you need to read the instructions or watch a tutorial in order to figure out all the features. It's not very intuitive. I feel like if I put this light in the drawer for a month, I would have to watch a tutorial again to figure out how to use all the features. The other issue, for me, is the proprietary charging system for this light. I prefer electronics that use standardized charging cables, which makes it much simpler to find a charger when needed and reduces what needs to be packed for travel. This light will accept standard batteries, but you lose functionality when using anything other than the included rechargeable battery. If this light was more intuitive and used a USB-C charger instead of the magnetic charging system I would give it 5 stars.

I have the brass limited version and it has quite a weight to it, which I like. It's sturdy, well built, love the lumen level features, safety proximity sensor and has a clicky power button for those who like that "clicky" sound and feel. It's more of a flood type light that covers more area than a spot thrower. My only slight irritation is the "Shake to see battery life feature" with the green dot that flashes on the push button. It's really sensitive at times and it just keeps going off. I've tested it and found out if I have it clipped to my pocket in a fixed position, I think there's some kind of sensor that notices a constant movement like walking and the position as to not have that feature activated. Other than that, if I'm holding the flashlight regularly (turned off), almost any non shaking movement will activate it especially tilting it at different angles. It's not a deal breaker, but I would of preferred that it notices it and activates it when it's shaken, not tilted.

Excellent flashlight for every situation. Its the perfect size and is user friendly.
