12 oz Polysorbate 20 Emulsifier I have used different polysorbate mixtures before. For me, this tween 20 works well for mixing essential oils and a little extra water into stuff like inexpensive liquid soaps. I was a little surprised when added water and essential oil did not mix with some purchased liquid soaps. A small amount of this solved that problem. It is also good if you just want to mix an essential oil and water solution for spraying.

Don't expect a big bottle. I mean it does say the size but idk it is tiny. Better off buying a big jug at this price point. Won't last for much.

Who would think that adding a surfactant to DIY citric acid-based jewelry cleaning solution would be a game changer? Polysorbate 20 allows water, acid and soaps or detergents to reach the surface metal more effectively by breaking surface tension at the molecular level. Adding a teaspoon of polysorbate 20 to my solution worked very well. 17 ounces water, 5tsp citric acid, 1tsp Dawn, 1tsp Polysorbate 20=clean jewelry.
