Works great! No constipation

I use this medication religiously, very soft on the GI system. No green yucky tarry stools. Always a great value for the price. I haven't found anything comparable!

Have been taking for 2 months now and feel a little better with more energy. Had some slight side effects in the first two weeks but am back to normal now. Amazon is the best price for these, even Walmart was higher. Dr said I should notice a real difference after 3-6 months but I see a difference already. I’m also taking vitamin c as that helps iron to absorb.

My OB recommended this because I’m expecting and my bloodwork indicated that I was mildly anemic. I take one every morning and haven’t had any real side effects. The pills are small and easy to swallow.

I took Slow Fe during pregnancy after being diagnosed with anemia on my doctor’s recommendation. It’s definitely easier on the stomach compared to other iron supplements I’ve tried, which I really appreciated. That said, I highly recommend taking it with food. When I took it on an empty stomach, I started to feel sick pretty quickly. As for effectiveness, it didn’t significantly raise my iron levels, but it did help maintain them so they didn’t drop any further. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a gentler iron supplement, especially during pregnancy.

This is one of the best to supplements because it doesn’t cause stomach issues like some of the others.
