15LB Indian Clubs

This thing is surprisingly heavy, even though I know exactly how much it weighs. I bought this to help rehab a shoulder injury, and it provides a very functional form factor for all manner of range of motion exercises and stretches. It has a nice textured surface that makes it very easy to grip even when my hands are sweaty, and it's very intuitive to use.

I recently tried out the OBLT FIT Steel Indian Clubs for Training, and I must say, they have become an essential part of my fitness routine. First off, these clubbells are available in different weight options (5LB, 10LB, and 15LB), allowing me to choose the perfect level of resistance for my workouts. Whether I want to focus on strength training or add an extra challenge to my exercises, these weighted clubs have got me covered. The quality of the steel construction is impressive. These clubbells feel sturdy and well-made, giving me the confidence to perform a wide range of exercises without worrying about durability. One of the standout features is the versatility they offer. I can incorporate them into various workout routines, including swings, rotations, and even full-body exercises. The design allows for a comfortable grip, making it easier to maintain control during complex movements. The OBLT FIT Steel Indian Clubs also provide an excellent workout for my core, shoulders, and overall upper body strength. I've noticed improvements in my stability, coordination, and muscular endurance since incorporating them into my routine. Not only are these clubbells effective, but they are also compact and easy to store. This makes them convenient for home workouts or when I'm on the go.

It's good for beginners.

Exactly what I was looking for. Great workout for my wrists especially.

As advertised.....love em.

It takes some practice and learning to do mills and the cool moves. But in learning you will see how weak your wrist and forearms are. However my back has never felt better. If you don't like a stretching in the morning swing a club. Better than coffee and loosens the entire body.

I like bringing this to work to get the blood pumping when I get tired. No one ever expects it to be as heavy as it is as the leverage makes it heavier than it is. Great for workouts, and to show people how weak they are. Haha. Mostly kidding, it's just fun to see people struggle with 15 pounds.

Kind of a 'meh' clubbell. It is 15 lbs, so that's accurate and drives the three star review. However the end knob is much bigger than I expected which effects some of the movement transitions more than I like. Also, the Lazer etching for the logo is crooked and starting to rust after ~3 months. I would pass on this one.
