I'm afraid it's a lesson I've learnt the hard way.. I wont buy anything reconditioned again hoping to save some money. The item was ok for a few weeks but then problems started occurring.. the seller did offer to replace the item but I wanted to wait a little to see if the problems contained.. but now I'm pass the refund period and have had to purchase a brand new xbox to replace this.. a real waste of £100 for me again lesson learnt

This was men’t to be new but when it arrived it was used,it was covered in dust rapped in bubble wrap and put in a cardboard box that was damaged when it arrived

Bought this as an upgrade for my sons X box 360 for Christmas. he loves it. I was however disappointed that none of his 360 controllers work with the XB one, nor did some of his games. So I then had to buy the games again and another controller. I've also now found out that to play on line with his friends, we need an X box gold subscription for £6 per month - His U Wii console allows on line gaming for free! So this ended up as an expensive upgrade. Other than that the console seemed to have un-paired the controllers every time we powered it on at first but has seemed to have settled down now. Graphics are good and action is fast.

No issues what so ever, very happy with the purchase :) The box was a but wear and tear but that's because its been unopened for a long time

WARNING - this product does NOT contain a UK mains power connector. I can plug HDMI from console to TV. I can plug power connector into console.. but can't connect from the big power box 2 pin entry port to mains plug. Had similar bad time with PS2 many years ago, and seems these companies still haven't got their act together for those NOT upgrading from their previous consoles! RIDICULOUS!
