The hoop is really easy to assemble and disassemble. It comes with a bag to store it away. It's an exercise hoop of about 1 kg weight and the foam makes it comfortable to use. The description says "For adults and kids", but it's definitely not for kids as the diameter is quite large and it's possibly too heavy for kids. In the description, there is a picture of a girl with a smaller hoop, so maybe check for the same brand but a smaller diameter.

It’s very easy to assemble. Good quality. Easy storage and transportable in its own bag. Good exercise. Can use in or outdoors.

Bought to do exersises with following a stroke. Helps with both arm and balance exersises. For me a great product delivered on time, easy to put together and just what I needed.

Nice item ,not to heavy ,left one of the links out as the hoop is quite large ,I’m still trying to get the hang of it ,might take a while 😂

SNSでソフトフラフープをみて欲しくなったのですが、難しそうなので普通のフラフープを探していました。 まずは100均のフラフープに電池をつけるというのを試してみたものの、やりにくかったのと、失敗する度に電池が当たって痛くてアザも出来たので止めて、こちらの商品を購入しました。 結果買って良かった。組み立て簡単。大きくて太くて重みもあって安定しています。 まだ難しいですが、YouTubeでやり方を教えてくださる方がいてそのチャンネルみてやってみたら、すぐに10回くらいは回せるようになりました。腰痛もちですが腰が軽くなった感じがしています。 楽しくて明るい気持ちになりますし、続けたいです。 梱包なく箱のままで届きましたが、配送の方が丁寧だったのかとても綺麗で全く気になりませんでした。

Tutto come da descrizione però se si usa eliminando 2 sezioni per renderlo più piccolo diventa complicato (io non ci sono riuscito) riformare il cerchio. Le sezioni si incastrano ma non si sente fare il "click" della sicurezza...

The product arrived earlier than I thought it would (scheduled for a Saturday arrival and I got it before 10 am). It's heavy just like I expected. I have never used a hula hoop before but it was really easy for me to use this one. A bit too slow for my liking so I'll probably get a lighter one very soon. I love the colours, the feel and weight although I'm not quite sure I'll be using this particular weighted hula hoop for long. Once I get a hang of hula hooping, I'll definitely switch to a lighter one. I've read that the weighed hoop is better for beginners so I'll keep using it. It's been two days and so far, so good.

重い。太い。痛い。 20分回したら腰にアザが出来た(笑) でも重いから回しやすかった。
