Can I use this product out pepper?

I use it without pepper and lemon. Lemon tastes better but it's just as effective without, in my opinion.

You mix 140ml of 100% lemon juice + 140ml of this syrup + 1,720ml water + a bit of cayenne chilli pepper.

Why the box on the picture is different from the original madal bal? i start my order but when i see on the check out different pic, i stop it.....
