Q: Is the floor reversible?

No the one I have the floor is not reversible or removable

Q: What are measurements inside?

The only one I can measure where someone isn't sleeping right now is 17" x 9". My Pilgrim, a.k.a. Pillycat is a 13-pound Maine Coon and can tuck himself in for a nap. I am VERY fond of the corrugated scratchers. They are the best ones, even compared to the carpeted one. Throw in a pinch of catnip and Pilly is very happy. He also has one that looks like a wedge of Swiss cheese.

Q: Are refills available for the botyom of box?

No it doesn't take refills. I just tried to lift the bottom piece, but it doesn't come out. My cats do love these though & even sleep in them.
