The thermal paste is excellent, as is any ARCTIC product. However, there is one detail – if you use the wipes that come with the package to remove the old thermal paste, don’t forget to (VERY CAREFULLY) clean the surface of the CPU/GPU (or any other surface you wiped with the thermal paste removal wipe). If you don’t clean the surface of your CPU/GPU, the new thermal paste won’t stick to the surface, and it will be very difficult to apply it evenly. Other than that – everything is perfect!

The MX-6 thermal paste performs very well in heat transfer and paste application. Temperature drops were noticed immediately under load and re pasting the CPU was very simple as the paste has a slightly higher viscosity compared to MX-4. Spreading the paste for full coverage was fairly simple and quick. The MX cleaning wipes are a double edge sword compared to iso propyl alcohol. While it does a great job breaking down the old paste for clean up, it also makes the paste very runny. It does not affect any clean up per se but it does get a little messy and stain a lot of things like automotive anti seize. Finally as noted by many people in the review section, the odor of the cleaner is definitely strong. I highly recommend this job be done somewhere ventilated and throw the wipes directly in the outside trash can.

Recensione: La ARCTIC MX‑6 è una pasta termica di fascia alta, ideale per CPU, GPU, console e notebook. Rispetto alla MX‑4 offre prestazioni termiche superiori (fino al 20% in più), con una consistenza facile da stendere e non serve un tempo di assestamento dopo l’applicazione. È sicura perché non conduce elettricità e mantiene le prestazioni per anni senza seccarsi. Il formato da 4 g è sufficiente per più applicazioni (io stimo 5-6 applicazioni) e i 6 panni MX Cleaner inclusi sono un plus: rimuovono in pochi secondi la vecchia pasta senza lasciare residui e hanno un profumo fantastico che rimarra nella stanza per giorni 😋. Nei miei test ho visto temperature più basse di 1‑3°C rispetto a paste di fascia media, soprattutto sotto carico prolungato. In sintesi: facile da applicare, prestazioni elevate, kit completo. Perfetta sia per chi fa manutenzione saltuaria sia per chi assembla o aggiorna spesso i propri sistemi.

Świetny zestaw dla początkującego użytkownika, brakuje tylko łopatki do rozprowadzania jeżeli ktoś preferuje ten sposób. Przy pomocy tego zestawu nakładałem pastę 3 razy i nadal dużo zostało. Chusteczki działają magicznie, bardzo dobre również do odtłuszczania powierzchni. Pasta trzyma temperaturę genialnie.

Siempre a mis equipos le pongo lo mejor de lo mejor, en este caso es el turno de Artic con su fantástica MX-6. Tanto en reposo como en altas cargas a mejorado alguna decima las temperaturas, en un i5 6200U, Core Ultra 255H, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Ryzen 5 9600X y en un Ivy bridge x2 en un Mac mini. También lo uso en otros equipos que no están en casa.
