First time using, really easy to use and does the job! It can get quite sticky but use the right moisturiser to resolve this. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes less messy!

Pros: works Cons: messy. Very stringy and hard to get smaller quantities on to the spatula. You’ll need tiny spatulas for effective application on the upper lip. It was also very difficult to remove trace deposits on the skin, even using salon professional quality fabric strips. It takes a long time to heat up using a professional wax pot heater and it heats unevenly, though common sense dictates that’s because it’s a huge pot. It’s melts around the edges faster. While it’s warm, you may wish to decant in to a shallower container for ease and efficiency when heating otherwise you’ll need a good 30 minutes of heating before it can be used.

Absolutely love this wax... yes it is runny and sticky but its wax... its meant to be those things. Its great for sensitive skin and hair growth has lessened. 100% recommend.

This product was was very effective for removing hair and easy to spread when used on my arm, my skin was fine after use, however, it is very sticky and extremely difficult to clean off skin or soft fabrics without prior preparation and reading about the product. It says it's for professional use and I might not risk using this product at home due to how messy it can be, it's perhaps more suited for the more clinical environment of a salon in my opinion. I made the mistake of not reading the instructions and heating it in a microwave, it says none microwaveable on the back, but it still worked fine and didn't melt the plastic pot, but this method may not be safe. I would recommend you use disposable gloves when handling it and keep it away from household items like bathroom carpets and clothing. I could not wash the residue off my skin by scrubbing with ordinary soap and water, ended up rubbing in coconut massage oil after reading others' reviews about it here and this seemed to get it off both skin, the bath, my jeans and the carpet. Now I know about the oil trick I might risk using it a second time, but unlike water-soluble sugar wax, I wasn't able to reuse the strips afterwards and threw them in the bin.

Positive Part - Gets melt easily in the microwave, does not feel hot, application of thin layer is easy. I felt it is painless and it been a month there is no hair growth or can say very little growth. Negative Part - If by mistake to touch the wax, it's impossible to get it cleaned. It is too sticky that it cannot be removed with water if you drop it on floor or counter. I will say use disposable spatulas, as you won't be able to clean the knife after use. I am doing my own wax from years now and I use any kind of hot wax but this is the first time I ended up buying something I regret. Once you are done with your wax, you won't be able to remove the extra wax it with water from your skin. To remove it you need after wax oil as mentioned in the instructions on the pack. But in case you didn't go through the instruction and believe it's the same as other wax, you are wrong and will be in a great trouble like me. So I would like to share a wee tip which I used by myself - take some olive oil/body oil, heat it a bit and apply all over and remove the extra wax first and then take shower or just use a damp towel to clean up. DO NOT USE WATER TO REMOVE WAX. The Box was broken when delivered and all the mess was created on the table the lid was stuck and it becomes too hard to open.

I've used this twice as determined to finish the tub however it is sticky and if it gets onto a surface unlike other sugaring waxes I've used there is no getting it off. It ruined my knife and a cup it got onto which I'm still trying to get off months later. I usually use reusable cotton strips but I couldn't do that with this wax as everything just stuck. Only use it with paper strips!!!!! I wouldn't buy it again. The sugaring waxes I'm used to kinda would soften and could even be washed off. This cannot.

This product isn’t easy to use at home. It’s better to choose sugar paste for safer and easier hair removal.

I have previously used hot waxed and have been happy with the results. These were beewax based and I definitetly stick to the organic ones in the future. The waxing result with this one was ok. But the leftovers of this wax were impossible to remove. I tried everything from oil to soap. My feet were sticky my hands were sticky. Our bathroom sink got stuck, because of the wax. I lost 2 towels to this wax. They got dirty wax stains that won't leave when you wash them. THe wax smelled to gasoline. It make me wonder if they put some leftover car oil to this wax. Absolutely worst wax I have ever had. Terrible feeling. YOu think you are done, but then you end up spending and hour trying to remove the wax leftovers with a knife.

Probé otra cera y fue un poco pejor, mas dificil de despegar desde la piel. Esta es mas suave, para pieles sensibles y me parece mejor pero no tiene buen olor, es el clásico de cera depilatoria.
