I see the amps is 25A. Has anyone plugged this into the regular cigarette lighter in a car or truck? Is it better to attach to the battery?

It depends, if you can use the 12v plug in a vehicle as a working cigarette lighter, then you can use it, as it amperage will exceed the 25 amps. If not, then the 25 amps will exceed the 20 amps for the circuit and blow the fuse (which I did). The 12v plug on our RV works fine. You can always you the vehicle's 12v battery.

will this inflate tires up to 110 psi? i need that pressure for my rv tires . anyone filled tires to 110 psi with this unit ?

I can confirm it fills my F350 Dually front tires to 75lbs. can't find a exteneded air chuck that will fit the compressor to get at my inner rear duallys though.

I can't find how to replace the 25 amp fuse. Could someone please tell me where and how to replace this fuse?

Watchout! My Mitsubishi sockets have a fusible link built in which can not be changed!. At 10 amps I burned out three before figuring it out. I have to replace the sockets complet and some require serious dismantling of interior. Now I immediately fit alligator clamps and connect any accessory straight to the battery. Every compressor I bought would do this.
