A Surprisingly Complete Package of a Quality Camera
Expectations are a funny thing. When I placed my order for this camera, I thought I was simply purchasing a standalone unit. To my surprise—and perhaps because I didn’t read the fine print closely enough—what arrived was a comprehensive installation kit that left absolutely nothing to chance. The most immediate surprise was the inclusion of a custom-sized drill bit. It’s rare to find a manufacturer that anticipates the physical setup to that degree. Usually, you’re left rummaging through a toolbox for the right size, but here, it was ready to go right out of the box. The kit is clearly designed for a "no-trip-to-the-hardware-store" experience. It even includes: Wire splicers: Perfect for tapping into a power source. Mounting hardware: High-quality parts that feel durable. The Camera: Robust build quality that exceeds its price point. While I personally tend to skip using included wire splicers—I’m a bit of a stickler for long-term wiring longevity—their presence speaks volumes about the brand. This is a well-thought-out kit designed for convenience and accessibility. The camera itself is excellent, providing a clear image that punches well above its weight class. I used this specifically to replace an aging unit on my golf cart, and the transition was seamless. Whether you are starting a fresh install or performing a quick swap, the value proposition here is hard to beat. If you're looking for a high-quality camera solution that includes everything but the power source, look no further. It’s an amazing value for the price and a perfect fit for vehicles like golf carts.

Camera For Babies…
Easy installation, fast and simple, clear concise instructions on how to ensure a successful installation, booted right up, glad to say I got a functional front and rear camera now, got all the features that a new car would come with all for the fraction of the price, it pays to be intuitive and a G. For anyone attempting this installation for the first time, don’t be afraid to take that leap, you can only mess this up carelessly, but you can do it, I believe in you little buddy, Godspeed.

Works great and installed perfectly on 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty
I just installed this on my 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty to be able to see what's directly in FRONT of my truck to avoid bumping another car or object while parking or driving forward. The 2016 F-250 conveniently has A/V jacks in the storage compartment on top of the dash so connecting to my existing system was a breeze. I also wanted to be able to turn the camera on and off with ease so I connected it to the number 4 up-fitter switch which is a 10 amp circuit. The picture quality is very good for the price of this camera but does have faint lines that appear on the screen but not enough to really make any difference. If you want to use it for FRONT VIEW just follow the directions and snip the white and green loops. One thing I should mention is that the camera has a TOP side but it is not marked. Had my wife to sit in the truck to watch the image while I turned the camera to get it in proper alignment. We'll see how long the camera holds up. As mentioned in other reviews the wire is tiny 18 gauge wire which could be a problem with getting cut due to constant vibration. I also opted to solder the power connections due to the size of the wire. Overall I am very pleased with the camera's operation and clean installation on my Truck. I do recommend this camera. UPDATE: THE A/V JACKS ON THE F-250 ONLY WORK IN PARK. TURNS OFF IN DRIVE!!!! I subsequently purchased a small dash mount video display here on Amazon that works perfectly. Now I can see the front of my truck while driving. I wired the video screen into the power for the camera and now all I have to do is flip the #4 upfitter switch on my F-250 to get a perfect front view. This is the link for the Video Screen I purchased. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019GQLNJU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Awesome camera
This flush mount backup camera includes a hole punch drill attachment intended for installation. The camera is designed to mount directly into the vehicle surface rather than using an external bracket. The included drill attachment matched the size needed for the camera housing. Installation required basic wiring knowledge. After routing and connecting the wires, the camera fit into the drilled opening as expected and sat flush once secured. The components were packaged together and arrived intact. The camera functions as described once connected to the display. The image was visible when the vehicle was placed in reverse, and there were no immediate issues with signal or mounting after installation. This camera may be suitable for those familiar with automotive wiring who are looking for a flush mount option with the necessary installation hardware included. It looks super clean once installed properly and was compatible with my aftermarket radio.

DIY rear view camera for my Travel Trailer
I bought this camera and a few other parts to build a lower priced DIY rear view camera to use behind my 30 ft 5th wheel RV. Before I get into the details I want to say that having the camera looking behind my RV was amazing and it will be very hard to ever go backwards in time and not have a rear view camera when towing an RV. So the set up I used is as follows. Parts from Amazon: 1. (1) RAAYOO Direct L002 170 Degree Wide View Angle back up Camera 2. (1) EKYLIN 30 foot Car RCA DC Video Extension Cable 3. (1) Electop Audio Video Gold RCA Female to Female Coupler Adapter 4. (1) Youmei Car Backup Camera Realtime Video WiFi Transmitter 5. (1) SPARKING DC 5.5 x 2.1mm Car Charger Power Supply Cord - 12v -24v 4FT Cigarette Lighter Male Plug to DC Connector 5.5 x 2.1mm Cable 6. Plus you will need a tablet or smart phone to view the video image app. I used a tablet I already owned but the app also worked on my smart phone I mounted the Reverse Backup Camera on the inside of the RV high up in the rear window of the fifth wheel using one of the window frame screws and then added the 30 foot Video Extension Cable to run from the camera up to the front of the RV where I connected it to the WiFi Transmitter on the inside of the RV which was powered by the 12 volt Car Charger Power Supply Cord. Luckily there was already a 12 volt outlet in the very front area of the RV. We install the extension cable between the camera and the transmitter before each trip and uninstall it after we arrive at each location. It takes just a minute to do. The cable just lays on the floor when underway. The reason the WiFi transmitter needs to be in the front of the RV is to reduce the distance and reduce signal interference from walls between the transmitter and the tablet located in the cab of my pick-up truck. After getting the WiFi transmitter linked to the tablet via the app, which was somewhat of a hassle, the system worked pretty well except for a few occasional cut outs and other unstable image problems. I mostly blamed these problems on Wifi interference and just accepted it as normal. I used this system for over one year and the image gradually became less stable. Finally the image was off more than it was on so I contacted the camera vendor, RAAYOO, through Amazon and complained. I really didn’t expect much from them since it had been 15 months since I purchased it and the camera was only $20 to begin with. To my surprise RAAYOO got back to me and had some suggestions regarding troubleshooting the problems. They thought that it was not a camera problem but a power supply intermittent ground problem. So the first thing I checked was the power supply. The power supply cord has a indicator light. And when I wiggled the plug, the light stayed on and steady. This ruled out the power supply itself . I then hooked the cables all back together and started wiggling the connections. Sure enough the image dropped out when the cable was wiggled. So I took out the 30 ft extension cable and hooked up the camera direct to the power supply cables. When wiggled the image was stable. I could not make it drop out. I hooked the extension cable back in and it became unstable again. So RAAYOO was right, the problem was a ground in the extension cable, so I ordered a new cable from a different manufacturer. I now am thinking that the extension cable was probably bad from the day I bought it and the problem just grew worse over time. The camera is working perfectly now that we figured it out thanks to the good support from RAAYOO. I am still enjoying my RV rear view camera and I think it is probably a better system than the factory units that try to transmit the WiFi signal all the way from the rear of the RV to the tow vehicle. It is just too far and too many obstacles for the WiFi to work well. I have not received any kind of compensation from RAAYOO or any other vendor for writing this review. I just hope it helps others troubleshoot their rear view camera issues.

Great Deal considering......
This camera is not high definition by any standard. But the camera does what its supposed to do. Box is complete with tools, super duper circle cutter with pilot bit, color instructions and just enough wire for my compact suv. I used up an xtra 6 ft around the back door when I was forced to go up and over. If I hadnt done that, then the wire would have been way too long. Might want to investigate how many feet you will need for your vehicle which will require assessing the route that will hide wires. I would recommend that you remove all the trim ahead of time while you are waiting for the delivery. Also, go ahead and remove the panels on liftgate or trunk at the same time. Word of warning, if you put your camera under the overhang above your license plate, then the overhang at the top of the monitor will show it due to the fisheye lens. I thought it was a smart idea to keep the lens out of the rain. Turns out not so smart. Also, the bezel does not tighten down sufficiently. Design needs to be improved. A washer might help, havent tried it yet. Update: washer was a no go. I had to take the exterior bezel to the bench grinder to remove about 1/16". Making it shorter made it possible to tighten it properly. Lot of fn around and wasting my time. This isnt going to work for most buyers if the chose the "cut a hole" option. After they cut the massive hole they will realize that it is not possible to tighten the bezel. This is because the sheet metal where you are cutting the hole is too thing. Trust me......the washer Idea will not work. At this point, I do not recommend buying this until the design is changed so that it will properly tighten to thin sheet metal. Update jan 16. Sorry to say this is a really bad backup camera. I tried to use it before giving a bad rating. As others have said...the colored guides are shooting into the air. Contrast and brightness are really unacceptable, even after messing with the color adjustments on my touchscreen radio. But I really hate about this is the magnification. A car 6 feet behind you looks like its 100 feet away. Sort of like looking in the wrong end of a pair of binoculars. I know this review will likely cause agita for the seller but it is what it is. Really disappointed and, no, I don't want a free new one or a refund. This is just a review to inform potential buyers that you get what you pay for. I will give big kudos for the tool kit and metal hole cutter that was include though. Those hole cutters cost 6-7 bucks in the big box stores. If they didnt include the tools they could sell this camera $8.....which is about what it is worth. If you are depending on this camera for daily use while backing up then this is not for you. I really don't even know what it might be good for, not even a driveway monitor. Magnification is just to low. Maybe YT has some DIY backup cams that are better than this. Sorry. BTW this is 170 degree fisheye lens. Should be 140 degrees. Too much distortion at 170.

Does the job for cheap
It performs adequately for the price that's for sure. I chose to flush mount it in the sheet metal, the clips seem to be designed to hold it into plastic such as a bumper something a bit thicker than the thin sheet metal it was an easy fix I just used a bit of silicone to stabilize it. The hole saw that it comes with works well. I like the wide angle it's wider than my original camera I certainly didn't expect an HD image and definitely is not high resolution but it's good enough I haven't tested it at night yet my main desire was to have a wide angle mounted up high on the back door of my construction van and it seems to work fine for this purpose. It's a little grainy as the camera turns on and turns off but functions normally otherwise. If I had paid more money I would be giving it four stars however for the price and how complete the kit was I'm happy with this purchase I got what I needed at a super cheap price if you're looking for a top-notch quality or HD you're not going to find that here. If you want a super affordable camera with more than one mounting option and all the necessary stuff to install it included then this is your camera. I have yet to test night time...
