Perfect Fit and Reliable Brake Part Replacement
This Dorman wheel cylinder was a great replacement part. It fit perfectly, matched the original, and made the installation process straightforward. The build quality feels solid, and it works exactly as expected to restore proper brake function. Dorman parts are known for being reliable, and this one did not disappoint. A great value compared to more expensive alternatives, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a quality replacement wheel cylinder.

No leaks and the brakes work
Works as required and installed as easily as any drum brake cylinder will. My application is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee with the 8.25 rear axle. This part fit in exactly as the original and is indistinguishable from OEM. Bleeding was easily accomplished with my pressure bleeder. Since my Jeep is 25 years old, I found the brake line rusty and ended up making a new one. The part quality seems appropriate; I didn't get the feeling this was made from inferior materials. Hopefully it'll work as long as I need it to.
