I am unsure, I purchased mine for a 2009 Ford edge

Are these the ones you change when you take the manifold off to replace spark plugs on a 09 mazda cx9?

Yes. 2007-2013 appear to be the same part. I used them to replace the manifold gasket on a 2012 cx9 when replacing spark plugs.

is this a complete set or is it per 2 cylinders (ie.. need 3 sets for full replacement)??
