data transfer not compatible.
is not compatible with trying to use a USB-C device as a normal USB.

Save all the hassle for returning, go with other brands.
For Gadget as simple as this you would expect it to work out of the box but not my case. I bought 2 sets (4 total) and only one can charge but no usb function. The other 3 are completely useless. Tested both USB3 and USB2 port and also different platform(linux, windows, mac), and all fail. I will never buy this product again. returning it tomorrow.

Hi, I tried to connect using USB type C suit cable. but It did not work. I use this to connect dual monitors which suits with USB type C, but no luck with this product.
