I would normally buy a small in most of my clothing but glad I looked at the size chart which recommended a medium. For me with a tummy that ruined my over all look in my clothes these are amazing! Smoothed and flattened my tum , hence ordered another four pairs ! Realise everyone is a different shape, the beauty of women, but these definitely worked for me.

Good quality and did exactly as I hoped (firm hold across my tummy area without feeling like I was wearing big knickers.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical but they are great. They smooth out my bloated stomach and I can now wear tight dresses. I bought a M and I am a size 12. Delighted.

This product is utter “pants” The sizing is ridiculous. I’m a size 12 l ordered a medium (12-14) it’s more like a size 8 What’s more …it is still in its pack and unopened and it’s non returnable

They hold in the top bit of fat and look smooth under a dress , give you a nice shape

I love these. It's so hard to find a good thong shape wear. I wear them so often, but usually with pants, jeans and shorts. They are basic everyday shaping. They don't roll down on me at all. My only "con" is If you have a booty or love handles, these could be tough to wear with a tight dress. Where the line ends/ the thong begins, is very fitting to the skin. So once you put a tight dress on (especially cotton), you can really see the line and your butt sticking out in an unnatural way. But you can wear it under dresses of a thicker material, usually works with something forma. Just expect your hips to stand out slightly more than usual. Im usually a size 7/28. I have wider hips and a smaller waist. I like to wear the medium in the black spanx and for some reason in the nude, I prefer a small.

I followed instructions to order a size bigger than I normally wear. I am a short-waisted woman, so it was surprising to me that this did not come up to my natural waist. I found that, because of that, it left a strange muffin top that was visible under a dress without a slip (as I was testing - I would still wear a slip of course.) However, when I put on a pair of boy-short-style Spanx over this pair of thong Spanx, it gave me a perfectly flat stomach. So, I kept this pair specifically for layering in that way because I have a few dresses that require an extra bit of tummy control. (Under mid-rise jeans, it is fine.)
