A must have for postpartum!
This spray was a God-sent. It is so soothing after giving birth, and I really think it helped speed up my recovery. It lasts a long time too. I still have 1/3 of the bottle even after using it multiple times a day for months.

This is now a staple in my postpartum essentials. I didnโt have time to sit in an actual sitz bath so this worked AMAZING in place of that. Felt like it contributed a lot to my fast healing and I love the natural ingredients. The smaller bottle lasted me about 3 1/2 weeks until I needed to buy more.
