B&Q said it didn't exist
I needed this dual flush button to replace a broken one from a Cooke and Lewis toilet we bought from B&Q about 7 years ago. When I went to the shop I was told that they didn't do just the button and I would need a full syphon unit however they didn't even have one to fit my toilet.When I pointed out that the toilets they are currently selling still have the same flush button and asked for the suppliers address to contact them myself I was told they would not supply it !So it was with great relief that I came across this product and it fits exactly. 20 seconds to unscrew the old one and screw the new one in...Perfect.

Good replacement, but I know it will break
Drop in replacement for the previous one, which has broken several times before, so I know this one will break too.It’s very telling that this is available as a Subscribe and Save item - it’s almost like they know you’ll regularly be coming back to buy replacements.

Bought to replace a damaged flush - mind you this was 20 years old. Fitted perfectly and now works as it should.
