are these suitable for storing spice jars in ?

I use their narrow one (designed for soft-drink cans) for storing spices. Works great. Hope that helps.

Can you use these in the freezer?

I use mine to store A6 groovi plates. I have another which I use in cupboard for packets e.g. chilli concerning, cheese sauce etc. Never used in freezer but fridge should be o.k

Please I gather that the medium ones are very wobbly if stacked- are the large ones better and more stable when stacked?

Hello i bought one or two size ii had no problems with any of them and did not find them wobbly. I guess the people who use them are adding things to the wrong part of the containers. They are quite steady for my use...medium and large size. Common sense don’t put heavy stuff on the front may be helpful...the rest is fine. Best

are these measurements accurate?

I've just measured mine and the length is about 28cm from the back to the longest bit of the box that juts out at the front, the width is 14cm and the depth is 9cm hope this helps.
