Yes it does come with all you see in the picture

Is there room to store approximately 6 walkie talkies?

We have added a few extra pieces to the kit and 4 walkie talkies and the zip is tight but closes. I would say you could fit in 6 depending on how big they are but you might need to remove a couple of bandages.

Is there a list of contents so I can replace

No I don't think there was so we made our own as we didn't need all of the contents either. We are a Pre-School.

Is the bag waterproof?

It is made of a waterproof material, i have had no issues with water or condensation inside the bag.
