LIGHTS OUT, the bands latest release and follow-up to 2011s acclaimed HISINGEN BLUES, accomplishes what every third album should do for a growing artist: it offers a deeper understanding of a band we thought we already knew. With a song-writing talent that warrants a meticulous analog production to showcase it's modern-day relevance, the diversity of Graveyards album-oriented music affirms that no length of magnetic tape was wasted.

Yep, Graveyard is awesome.
Graveyard's previous album, Hisingen Blues, was really killer. And their newest album, Lights Out, keeps the awesome momentum going! The songwriting is great, the production is rockin (my only minor critique is that the drums could be a little louder in the mix, I mean this drummer is awesome so pump him up!) The really made some cinematic-sounding tracks on this album- the first track reminds me of some hard rockin 70's Goblin soundtracks! There are some really moving vocal performances on this album as well, the singer really shows his range on this album. The songs are a great mix of hard rock, metal and old school blues, making their own brand of old school hard rock that sounds fresh and new. If you were a fan of the last album, you'll dig this one. If you like Sabbath and Zeppelin and early '70s hard rock and hard blues, you'll dig this album. Graveyard rocks!!

Great Album
The CD case came cracked, but I can tell it wasn't from the seller. It looked as if it was stomped on during shipment. Aside from that, the album is amazing! I love Graveyard and this album has kept giving me good vibes. It's a little more Townes down then their other stuff, but I love it.

Excellent 70s Style Sound.
Very comparable to the group KADAVAR, in the sounds of the 70s. A very rich inspiration from classic bands the likes of Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Hawkwind, Zeppelin, and even Tull. Between Graveyard and Kadavar I just can't get enough, I have been listening to both bands almost every night since I ordered them. AAA+++

Graveyard delivers again!
Gothenburg, Sweden's Graveyard delivers another great record. I think I like this one even more than I like Hisingen Blues! The second tune on the album is the sorta-ballady "Slow Motion Countdown" and it just blew my mind! I was sucked in once again. I just love how Graveyard carries on the tradition of bands like Captain Beyond and Deep Purple but in a way that isn't a rip off or tribute but actually doing it and doing it well.

Graveyard!!!
Great album and a great band. Saw them for the first time earlier in the year and will make it a point to catch them next time they are in the area. Old school rock sound that's sorely missed in a lot of today's music.

Step 1: burn one. Step 2: play and enjoy
So good, they really know their style and are very comfortable with it. This band has never let me down. Can't wait for their new album

Light stoner rock
I just received an order of stoner/doom music, and this disc is by far the mellowist. That's not a bad thing, but please don't be expecting Electric Wizard! It's much more bluesy, and the vocals are very melodic and different. It's "nice" music.

Nice old school metal sound
I stumbled across Graveyard and really like their old school sound. They would fit in the 70's with no problem. Give them a listen. My only negative would be they next to mix up the sound just a bit as all the songs start to sound the same. But great vocals and guitar work.
