Can i usey it with red eyes tree frogs without disturbing them?

To be honest this light is really bright. My tokay geckos hate it and my leopard geckos hate it too. My Australian whites tree frog doesn't mind it and the eyelash crested gecko loves it. It's to bright in a 40gal but in my 6'x6' greenhouse it's just fine attached to the ceiling.

If I don't have a daytime light will it still turn on automatically?

It will turn on automatically as long as there's no light source on the sensor. And if it's always on adjust the sensor to catch any light during the day.

How would I go about attaching this to my wall or ceiling?

Well, realize that it does have a cord. You could use glue, command strips, double sided tape, anything adhesive will do fine on the back of it. It dies have a metal disk that you use if you are putting it in a tank, so you could use command strips on that disk, because it's smaller than the moon, and then just let the moon magnet onto said disk. Just know that if the cord is pulled you'll most likely knock the moon down unless you forsake said disk and adhere the moon itself to your wall. I assume you're wanting to use it as a night light for a human being?

Hermit crabs seem to like it (quite a humid environment) but it is quite bright when all the lights are off - not a great idea to have it in the bedroom! - however, creatures don't seem bothered and it's nice to watch them on the move at night.

Way over priced for the quality

For what it is and how well it works it is way over priced, does not come with a standard uk plug, the light sensor that is supposed to turn it on an off is not nearly sensitive enough, even the slightest shadow will turn it on, when i turn the lights on in my room with the moon in the tank it fails to turn off, and i have daylight bulbs in my room because i suffer from SAD, if it tuned on and off as i switched on the lights in the room i might have given it a better rating but i feel a bit ripped off.

Disappointed no where other than other people's reviews does it say it doesn't have a uk plug (luckily I had the adapter) meant to come on when it's dark but it mainly just flickers all day and night the only way I got it to stay light was when I put my finger over the sensor, pretty pointless wouldn't recommend
