Really love the two different modes and the extendable hose. It arrived yesterday and was installed in less than half an hour, the screw fixings for the pipes with flexible hoses made it a total breeze. My one concern was that once a week I need to be able to attach a garden hose fitting for my aquarium vacuum. With our old tap you could just unscrew the aerator and screw a hose adaptor on by hand, but that is not possible with this tap. However, after a couple of hours of research I discovered that you can do it with two things: (1) a G1/2 male to male fitting and (2) a G1/2 female to hose pipe fitting. You can then unscrew the entire extendable piece of the tap and fit the parts on. I ordered them yesterday and they work great (see picture), with no leaks, and can be fitted quickly by hand when required. We needed a new tap and after searching amazon decided on this one. The reviews were good and the detail shown was excellent . My husband connected it without too much of a problem and it works perfectly. It lovely to look at and the switch over from flow to spray brilliant. The pullout hose works a treat. Thoroughly recommend.

I really like this tap. The lever is a bit higher so unlike another one I got it did not collide with the windowsill behind my sink. I have been using it two weeks and so far so good. I was aware when I bought it that the pull out was not a magnet but it works ok. The only thing annoying is that being right handed you can’t be use it and then turn it off when it’s pulled out with your right hand so you need to turn it off with your left hand or put it back in first which feels a bit akward

I love it so much that we purchased exactly the same for the utility room. Amazing quality, great price and it looks simple and stylish. Would highly recommend!

Looks great, works fine, not sure I need the extendable spout but I don't have to use it and quite cheap to buy.

Would have given the tap 5 stars, however it has begun to leak after 6 months at the seams, so we will need to purchase a new tap already, making this a waste of money. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.
