Bought on Prime day to replace lost speaker. Bass is a little lacking but can really get loud at full volume. Small and portable so good for on the go. Easy to connect to devices for quick tunes.

Solid Sound - Solid Value
I got this for my wife for her birthday last year - she uses it in her hair salon. The sound is what you expect from a SONY - the bass is incredible - it gives the sound a solid feel. To my knowledge, she has not had issues with having to reconnect it (Bluetooth) to a proprietary tablet we have for it (as I would have had to do it for her). We are both VERY happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to get another one for another room or even as a computer speaker - it sounds that good.

Solid performer and build quality
I bit the bullet for this speaker as a result of looking for something we could link up phones and DAPs to while enjoying the weather sitting in our garden with friends and family for BBQ's etc, and for linking up a bluetooth turn table to for playing some old vinyl records as opposed to running cables around our room to hook up hard wired speakers, and I have to say it performs better than its price would suggest. The build quality goes without saying from a Sony product, but the performance quality is surprisingly good for the price. We've had to turn it down on a few occasions as its loud if you want it to be. Now, for any audio nerds out there, there will be the critic's mentions of highs, lows, mids etc, but lets be realistic here, its a portable bluetooth speaker, if you want HiFi quality, why on earth are you looking at portable speakers(?). From my hands on experience with this speaker, it does not produce a cheap and tinny sound, good bass, good clarity and nothing short of doing exactly what I want it to do, in fact, it goes beyond what my expectations were for it.Very happy with this purchase.
