Fabulous!
This product is fabulous! I purchased it after we had all been peed on, including my newborn peeing on himself (the Mom guilt was palpable). This product works really well, except sometimes it gets kicked off. But when he has peed, it has been contained to where the mess down instead of up. I recommend washing them first, otherwise little pieces of the terrycloth tend to get stuck to the baby. Definitely a recommendation!

Does the job
Does the intended job. A bit pricey for some cloth teepees. They are quite large for on a newborn (7.5lbs)

These are super cute but don't stay on unless you hold them on. My baby kicks them off and he's only a week and a half old

Ehh...
Not worth the money. Doesn't withstand fast-moving legs. A washcloth ended up working better for me. It's cute, but just not going to get the job done.

Was hoping this would help
Unfortunately while the concept is great, these didn’t work for us. Whenever we did changes, we spent more time trying to keep these balanced on his peeper and when he did pee, they would shoot off to the side defeating the purpose. We found that the most helpful thing was wiping his belly with a wipe before changes which would cause him to pee before we took the diaper off to begin with.

and that works better.
I thought these would be the solution, but they just don't work that well. Too lightweight, too small, tend to fall off right away. I've been using a thick wash cloth to cover baby's parts, and that works better.
