Took me ages to choose a new boombox for my kitchen and glad I took my time as I love this one. Easy to set up , nice sound and good looking. Very easy to register for the 3 year warranty too. All in all great little boombox with big sound and display.

The buttons are fiddly and the writing small, but the display is informative and large, sound OK so overall good

It is much smaller than you might think. That's positive if you want to carry it around, although the required six C batteries will make it much heavier. The sound is pretty awful, think 'phone speaker'. It is worse than any Bluetooth speaker I've heard. The controls are ok, a little fiddly, but perfectly usable. I liked that it tuned in the DAB radio automatically when it turned on. Overall, it is versatile, but very cheaply made. If I had bought this for £10-20 from Temu I would think it was poor quality but ok. For £60 this is a rip-off.

I was given this as a birthday present and was delighted with it until I put in batteries. After working on batteries for a short while there was a loud noise from the box and on inspection found the batteries had exploded and were leaking profusely . I can use it on the electric cable.

It is very small, I was expecting it to be bigger, but it is a very good radio and CD player. The sound quality is really good. Not tinny at all. I’m very happy I bought it.

Very pleased with the cd player/radio, the buttons on the front printing is tiny so could be a problem for an older person. The batteries seem to go very quickly so better operating it through the mains, cable is provided
