I bought this because my ageing dog started to have the occasional accident on the light beige carpet and the usual carpet cleaning liquid was not coping.I used it in a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner and mixed it to a 2/3 standard strength dilution.As soon as the cleaner was drawn back across the carpet you could see the depth of the cleanliness, even in areas that we thought were clean (slightly embarrassing). I had to clean the whole carpet with this cleaner as it had left an obvious clean patch.It also deodourised the carpet, completely removing the urine smell that made me consider replacing it.I thoroughly recommend this carpet-cleaning liquid for anyone who has had their pet soil the carpet. Prepare to be amazed, I certainly was.

Works really well, removes stains and easy to use. Smell isn’t amazing but I use this as a first clean anyway so doesn’t matter

Our Yorkie likes to mark his territory - up against the leg of our wooden unit, on carpet. I've tried a number of these 'extreme urine destroyer'-type products, and the fact of the matter is that they all help a bit, but the smell never completely goes and begins to return after a few days (although it IS better than when we initially started experiencing the issue) It didn't seem to help much with a stain on a wool carpet either..... guess we're stuck with what we signed up to in getting a male terrier (Even neutered, he's determined to 'protect' his territory from 'the enemy' - whoever that is; wouldn't be without him though!!)

I have a very large elderly rottie who has recently become incontinent and so my carpets are in a shocking state and the house smells awful. I have just used this for the first time on a heavily stained area that smelt BAD! Whilst the stain is still there this has improved it and the smell has GONE! I am going to use on other soiled areas and see what a few applications does - I am not expecting miracles but any improvement will be very welcome as everything else I have tried so far has failed. I would recommend just for the smell removal, stain removal is a bonus for me.

Ok but didn't really remove stains or odours. Their same brand of Pet Urine Destroyer was much more effective, had a nice smell and worked well in my carpets shampoo machine!

I would never normally bother with a review, but I was so happy I actually wanted to cry! Us and our 4 cats moved into a new house with beige carpets, I bought some fluffy rugs to try and protect the carpet (HA!) which one of my cats decided was a good idea to use as a litter tray and it took me a few days to notice. I’m sure if you’re reading this you already know cat pee STINKS! And me naively cleaning the rug with soapy water just made the smell soak through to the carpet, so when I threw the rug away there was still an eye-watering ammonia stench whenever you went in the room. I was so stressed, couldn’t afford new carpets and with baking soda, vinegar etc. it helped for a little while but when the carpet fully dried the smell was back. I had to use this stuff three times, although after twice I was 80% sure the smell was gone and you really have to saturate the area and then some. But this DOES WORK! Every day for a week after I’d finished cleaning I was on my hands and knees sniffing the carpet to check 😂 but the smell has completely gone.

We bought this shampoo as our 14 year old labour has a toilet problems, I was a bit sceptical when I was reading the reviews but I'm glad I bought it ,It's removed all the urine smell and stains,I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly and I'd definitely recommend buying it

Amazing product for pet owners, removes all odors and pet stains. Especially if you use Simple Solution Extreme Pet Stain and Odour Remover pre-treatment spray beforehand, the result is unbelievably good. I've tried many brands before, this is so far the best!
