Seredyn (2 Bottles)

For years I have been fearful talking to people where everyone's focus and attention is on me. Just the thought of speaking in public made me so nervous and really frightened. I have excellent ideas in my head but most of the time I had stayed quiet because I had no courage to speak. All of this went away when I used Seredyn. I asked my doctor but she prescribed medicine for depression. I said I wasn't depressed but just needed something for social phobia. I searched the web and found reviews for Seredyn. I gave it a try and had taken 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before my biggest presentation. I, myself was shocked at how calm and collected I was in front of people. THANKS GOD FOR SEREDYN!!!!!!

the product is not calming to me at all. I think it is because of the Niacin they have in it... made me very agitated and flushed! I h ated it

Did not help my nervousness

It helped to calm me and I was able to sleep comfortably. I was able to work better and relaxed.

I used it for a week or so and I am not sure if it works or not. It may have helped - but I'm not sure. I intend to use it when I feel it's needed.

All I can say is that this product WORKS. I am fairly sure that it is not simply a placebo or a "mind-over-matter" type thing: I truly feel much calmer and serene after taking this all-natural, herbal supplement. While expensive, I would recommend it to anyone who is cautious about prescription medicine (rightly so) but occasionally suffers from anxiety or tension. I used to take this while on the train. It is not so strong that it will interfere with any of your abilities, but it does sometimes have the effect of making you (slightly) sleepy.

It is okay. I take them and I don't notice anything. When I think about it, they do help to calm me down and I can't even tell while it is happening! So, I am going to say yes.
