Great. Does what it’s intended on doing. Brilliant speed and easily configurable to a WiFi network for over WiFi printing.

Useless. Continually defaulting to offline status. This is unacceptable for a printer in 2026. Returned for full refund.

Easy to set up and super fast quality printing
Would definitely reccomend buying this printer. It’s easy to set up and prints really quick. Wish i had bought it sooner. I like that i can print from my phone and the quality of printing is great

Connecting Laserjet Pro 4002 dw
Difficult to connect wirelessly via Windows 11 and HP Smart. Had to have HP technical assistance, which was very good and issue eventually resolved. Installation software needs improvement.

HP needs to improve it’s software.
Nice price but it really struggles for WiFi on a modern network. Ethernet is ok but not 100% functional. Ended up on USB which means my computer has to be on all the time for this to be a network. Won’t/can’t find the Netgear modem. Still it prints well. So it is OK

Very Easy to Set Up Out Of The Box (4002dw)
I would recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 4002dw to anyone who wants a black & white laser wireless printer for both Windows & IOS. EDIT: Before purchase I had hoped to use both Ethernt & wired connections but after thinking about it this I realised it would confuse the Router, hence why if using ethernet connection the printer disables wireless.

Se configura fácilmente, por wifi sin, cables. La calidad de impresión es excelente y la velocidad con la que imprime brutal. Imprime por las dos caras de forma automática, sin problemas de inyectores de tinta que se secan.

Perfekter Drucker! Er lässt sich super mit Apple AirPrint verbinden und es dauert nur 2 Sekunden bis er nach dem Druckauftrag beginnt zu drucken! Benutze ihn unter Mac macOS Sequoia (15) problemlos.

L'imprimante en elle-même est bien, mais le toner est hors de prix, et deux cartouches compatibles n'ont pas été reconnues. Retournées à Amazon pour remboursement, heureusement ! Trop de protection appelle le boycott.
