My 3 year old has been taking this for about 4 months and added to a healthy diet and lifestyle, his cognition and mental activity has vastly improved. It’s has a fish oil taste but isn’t offensive and you get used to it after a while. I recommend.

They have changed the packaging & reduced the number of tablets that you need to take....so if you were previously taking 4 a day, you only now need to take 2. Please read the instructions as there are still odd bottles out there

Yes please, this is part of my essential daily routine in a hectic life style.

My 10 yr old son, is ambidextrous and always had trouble concentrating. He wasn't naughty, but it was like he couldn't concentrate for any period of time, without having to speak. Somebody suggested Efalex, and I nearly didn;t even bother trying them, but then decided anything was worth a try and I have not been dissapointed! The amount of work he produces in lessons has multiplied, his teachers commented on his improved 'behaviour' without knowing of the efalex (give it time to start working). The most noticable time, was when the first jar had run out (which I hadn't realised - so my son had stopped taking them), within about a week, he had changed, struggling to concentrate again, only when I realised he hadn;t been taking the efalex did I realise just how big an effect it has - as in the beginning the improvement grew steadily! I didn;t write a review until purchasing this second tub, as I didn't want to rush into an opinion without giving it time to work or not work! Happily, this product really helped my son, his test scores have improved over the past year, at twice average expected rate!

I have been searching for the liquid version of this for some time now as the capsules contain gelatine and as a vegetarian I wouldnt take them. I find this helps my concentration and focus, and my son has asked for this in preparation for his exams. The liquid is quite oily and I can see how some might find it hard to take. However I don't find it particularly offensive and the mild flavouring makes it easier to get used to. Overall I would recommend as a good supplement for brain function.
