CCNA Routing and Switching 200-125 Official Cert Guide Library

Literally everything you need to know to pass the exam, explained in a concise, easy to understand manner. The practise questions that come with the book are excellent and do a great job of approximating those that you may encounter in the exam. My only complaint is not about the content but about the pricing structure. If you want to receive an ebook copy as well, you must pay extra. I like to keep a copy of such textbooks on my kindle when I work just in case I need to quickly look something up, this is not possible without shelling out around ($30 USD at time of writing, November 2016). Having already bought the physical copy I begrudge this continued milking of me for cash. The CD that comes with each book contains simulation software to help with your training. This is excellently implemented, the simulation is effective and teaching takes place simultaneously. The version that you receive with the book is a demo version that only provides training in one specific area for each book. The full software at time of writing costs circa $110 usd. This seems reasonable for the quality of the product although it will not be released until January 2017 and has already been delayed once. All in all this is the most complete and in my opinion most effective learning aid for the 200-125 100-105 and 200-105 exams. It is unlikely that it will be sufficient on it's own to see you through the exam as using the IOS software is a large part of the exam but it is the best book you can buy.

Excellent set, very detailed and walks you through concepts in easy to understand stages. The included CD is useful as it has mock exam software that lets you select which areas you want to answer questions on, particularly useful for the test questions at the beginning of each book chapter.

These books are amazing and so interesting I have used them to study my ICND1 so far but the best part of them is the CD with the questions as this really gives you a good way to test your self

Great book to learn the CCNA R&S 3.0.Covers topics in a lot of detail which is important for the exam, don't underestimate how deep Cisco will go into each topic as sometimes it will catch you out. Focus on the weighted areas (Switching and Routing) and you'll easily pass with this. It's not a light read though!

I orderd a hardback edition...Good quality value for money. It explains things alot more simply and in depth then i thought it would. It gives you plenty of useful tips on how to approach whole thing.

I passed my ICND2 exam using this book, CBT Nuggets and some other additional resources. This book provides enough detail and good practice exams to assist you with your studies. I do not recommend using this as your only source though.

Excellent value (2 x books in pack each with around 900 pages). Easy read, methodical and well laid out with 2 cd's to accompany books.Good reference books for later use after completing course.

Me surpreendi com a rapidez na entrega da Amazon. Foi minha primeira compra , e o livro chegou 1 semana antes do estimado, apenas 2 dias depois da compra. O livro eu tive a oportunidade de conhecer com um amigo que importou , e como sempre, o conteúdo da Cisco Press é impecável. para quem precisa recertificar(como eu) ou pretende tirar a CCNA, indico com certeza esse material, pois ajuda muito a entender os conceitos envolvidos. O único porém, é que o material está em inglês, mas isso reforça a necessidade de aprender o suficiente desse idioma para aprender mais , ja que os melhores livros dessa area estão em inglês.Do mais, quem adquirir esse livro , com certeza vai ficar muito satisfeito com o material

Con la nueva versión de la certificación que entró en vigor este año, es una muy buena forma de estudiar por si solo.Si estás intentando conseguir la certificación CCNA R&S ya sea por medio de los dos examenes 100-105 y 200-105 o el 200-125 este paquete incluye ambos libros para cubrir los temas necesarios del ICND1 y ICND2 que juntos forman el CCNA R&S.Cisco al actualizar la certificación se modificaron los temas, tanto quitó algunos como agregó otros y por lo mismo los libros tienen más capítulos que los de la versión anterior (200-120). Los capítulos son relativamente cortos, algunos son de unas 20 páginas, otros en los que ves configuración y troubleshooting pueden tener alrededor de 30-40 páginas, pero están buen muy explicados que por lo mismo no se extienden innecesariamente.Junto con este par libros solo queda practicar, practicar y practicar para poder conseguir el 200-125.

Finally it arrived!! Started reading a dew days ago and I am already starting to understand networking. Soon that CCNA exam will as easy as eating a pie :)A big book but worth reading specially if you are doing a self study
