This brush measures 6 3/4" from end to end.

I love my new Mason Pearson brush! Will it negatively effect the brush if I sometimes have products in my hair? Ie Dry Shampoo hair spray?

No - this brush is amazing. But if you always use product in your hair just make sure you’re cleaning this brush - how they specify and you’ll be good.

Is this brush suitable for fine long hair?

if yours is fine and not many tangles maybe you can try the pure boar bristle ones without the nylon mixture. Personally, I'm using this mixture brush on my long but considered thick hair

I have medium textured hair,shoulder length. Problem my hair is not as strong as it use to be. Which Mason pearson recommended?

I don't know the answer but these are the best brushes you can buy and when taken care of, will last decades or a lifetime. I am sure someone at Mason Pearson can advise you for the brush best suited to your hair.
