Great Kamado. Great customer service
I came from other kamados and wanted to buy one that would allow me to cook for many people at once. After comparing many different brands, I decided on the Limited and couldn't be happier. The quality of the kamado is excellent, and at a much lower price. The higher price of other brands does not mean better quality in this case. The package comes with accessories that other brands make you pay for separately. Additionally, the customer service is very good. I had a small problem with a piece, and they resolved it immediately and at no cost. I definitely recommend it over more expensive brands.

To be able to use the product
I believe this product to be gr8. However, at 82 I cannot assemble it and, having paid Amazon to have it assembled, it rests, still in my garage after the scheduled date for assembly has been and gone. It seems there is confusion over how many people are required to lift it. Robert
