I bought some poppy nets from Amazon, and my husband deals with the poles, rods and stuff, as I hate this kind of thing. My half nets arrived and had to wait a good few days for this rod to arrive. I am used to next day delivery, but it was nearer enough a week before the spring loaded tension rod came. The rod is good for voile nets, all is needed to do is twist and fit the tension rod, takes a minute or so. No other Fixings Required Outer Tube Diameter: 13mm Comes in 12 Sizes from 27cm (11") up to 275cm (108") Available in White, Chrome & Brass in the sellers store. Easy to Install The rod is pulled and fits securely inside the window, does not come down, no glue, screws etc needed. This is such a simple way to hang my nets without putting holes in walls. Took me less than 5 minutes after unpacking to threading and hanging my curtains. It stays in place, but need to make sure you make it tight to the wall. I did struggle a bit opening the package due to trying to remove heavy duty staples from the tube, but this is probably to make sure if packaging gets damaged in transit that it wont fall out and get lost or damaged. These poles are good for smaller size windows and i dont know how they would fair with heavy curtains, but they are great for hanging nets in a fuss free way, you cant really see the pole once covered with the nets. I would definitely buy more.

Recently moved home and money was short. Needed a curtain for the bedroom window. ordered this pole which is sturdy, strong and perfect for what it was needed for. No screws needed just gently turn the pole to desired length and it remains in place in the window from wall to wall. Hung a large table cloth over which was doubled over so was weighty and the pole still manages to allow the curtain/tablecloth to be pulled gently across each evening. Temporary fix for now however, highly recommend this pole excellent quality and price very good.

Couldn't be more pleased. This a very good quality product which is so easy to install. It goes up and stays up. No tools etc required - two windows sorted within 20 mins of the parcel arriving. I have struggled with other fittings which break and buckle over the years and the fixings are difficult to locate and the ends fall off but these rods are sturdy and do a fantastically good job - I do not know why I didn't get round to these sooner. I will certainly replace the others with this kind of rod. These guys are a pleasure to deal with. This is the second order I have placed with them and both arrived the very next day. Super-chuffed!
