Hardened pieces found inside the packed flour bag
I am a regular buyer of this flour, but this time i found hardened pieces of flour inside the packet . It was so disappointing & suspicious. Did the flour pack come in contact with moisture in some form ? And i keep finding these pieces everytime i take scoops of flour to make a dough.

Worms and bug overloaded and seller is not helping
Very bad quality , it’s wheat less worms more . After sending pictures seller never refund or replace . Opening the packet later all bug spread my kitchen and living room carpet.. it’s a mess .
