Stuck in customs 3 months, up to me to contact them no help from seller or Amazon why?

With the new Brexit rules any items shipped from the UK to the EU all deliveries need to pass through customs within the landed country within the EU, it's worth getting in touch with the shipping agent in your country (the company who handle the last stage of the delivery) and sending them a copy of your receipt or invoice. It's likely they will clear the parcel and alert you to any local duties and taxes required.

Does this product include l-carnitine? Does it say so on the package?

Hi, We recently reformulated our product to coincide with our new branding, we have omitted L'carnitine but added trace minerals, Chromium, changed our folate to a natural folate and increased our CoQ10 from 100mgs to 150mgs.
