Hi thanks for your question, The rolling papers is designed as a strong cone holder, each cone is seamlessly prerolled with a conical shape, It makes the product firmer and less likely to be damaged during transportation. There is a large opening at one end of the product and a small opening at the other end, which looks like a cone as a whole. One end is filled with material, and the other end is connected to the W-style paper tips. The top of cone packs easily twist, which allows for easy filling for newbies and convenience for well experienced guys and gals, no mess every time you roll. Hope it can helps.
